Frequently Asked Questions

It’s simple! Place your order online, and we’ll arrange a pickup of your existing frame from your doorstep. Once we fit your new lenses, we deliver your upgraded spectacles right back to you—ready to wear!

No worries! We’re working on launching our own frame collection soon. For now, you can purchase a frame from your nearest optical store, and we’ll fit our lenses into that frame.

At the moment, we don’t offer frame repair. We only process orders where the frame is in good, usable condition.

Typically, the process takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and lens type. We’ll keep you updated at every step.

 

We can fit lenses into most frames—metal, plastic, rimless, or half-rim. If your frame is too old, damaged, or incompatible, we’ll notify you before proceeding.

 

Absolutely. We take extra care during lens fitting and packaging. If there’s any risk to your frame, we’ll inform you before going ahead.
